Ashley Fernandez

“My wife and I made a decision to relocate to Florida from the Northeast. We had timing issues because we wanted to sell our home first and then close on our new home. We contacted several brokers and clearly Ashley was the most enthusiastic. I cannot remember the number of homes she showed us by doing virtual visits. She was not pushy at all and explained to us each of the homes we were seeing - the positives and the negatives. We told her our price range and she never pushed us to increase that range - unlike other brokers who try and do that. We finally found a home in Port Saint Lucie that we liked and Ashley negotiated the terms with the Seller and arranged for a closing after our closing on our home. She helped arrange the electric; the cable; introduction to the HOA; full service all the way coupled with tremendous knowledge of the market and a very pleasant personality. I have already referred her name to dear friends of mine who are looking to move into this area. I strongly recommend using Ashley. Finding a home and moving is a stressful experience - with Ashley it was much less stressful. STRONGLY recommend her.”

“I would just like to say that Ashley Fernandez help me buy a home in Fort Pierce Florida. She did everything for me over the phone. I did not have to go to Florida to close on the Home until the closing date she took care of the water system for me whatever I needed. She was on top of it. It actually was a property and a home on a piece of property which seems a little complicated but she made everything very easy. I am sure I stressed her out a little bit with my computer skills because I did everything over the iPhone, but we managed to get everything done. She took care of a lot of things for me that would have overlooked. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate field. I live in Tennessee now and selling my home up here and she will be my real estate agent when I come back to Florida to buy another home. Thank you Ashley for all that you do this wouldn’t have happened with another realtor. You are one in 1 million thanks again. ”

“Ashley is very patient. Probably because she's a mom, but but she allowed me to vent at times not directly at her but just thinking out loud, which a lot of people don't like and they internalize it and think that you're down on them, but you're actually down on somebody else or the real estate Industry as a whole . I have limited patience for people. That that aren't professional and/or don't really understand their role in my previous occupation. I could be laid off at any time for any reason. Any day every job was temporary and you had to constantly prove yourself. The opposing realtors listing agent and believe should be in some other industry. They wasted almost 2 months of my retirement with me sitting around and we're absolutely no hurry to do anything once they got my down payment. It was a probate sale so they can get a little sticky, but there was a lot of. Factors that made it more than a little sticky. But Ashley never gave up and continually went to the various people that were slowing the process down and try to get them on track which I totally appreciate. I would use her again and so should you !”

“Ashley showed us all the home we were interested in and even sent us amazing listings that matched our wish list. I feel Ashley went above and beyond for us. She explained the process step by step and we found our dream home at last. She really kept her eye on the ball with dealing with the seller for us. We are so happy we had Ashley as our realtor.”

JASMINE LUCAS

“Ashley was my son's realtor but I was with them through the process. She has great character and professional integrity. She fought for my son (first time home buyer) and was "on it" through the entire process. She has earned my trust for sure! You ROCK Ashley!”
